The development of Qred Bank
Qred, like many of our clients, has experienced considerable growth. What began as an ambitious idea has grown into a bank with operations in 7 European countries.
2015-2016
It all starts in Stockholm with one grand mission: to provide small businesses with a banking experience that really works. The next step is expansion into Finland with the opening of a new office in Helsinki.
2017-2018
Our expansion continues with Denmark, where we are bringing a breath of fresh air to the world of business financing. Not much later, the Netherlands will follow, where we will also help entrepreneurs with business loans.
2019-2020
Qred is taking its first steps outside Europe by launching a joint venture in Brazil. At the same time, we are continuing our European growth and launching our services in Belgium.
2021-2022
We introduce Qred VISA: our credit card, which helps entrepreneurs in Finland and Sweden with their daily financial needs. At this time we are also expanding to Norway.
2023-2024
Qred officially becomes a bank with the approval of our banking license. We launch business loans in Germany and start consumer savings accounts in the German and Swedish markets.
